Hear Yee Hear Yee….. Well not quite, but if you didnt know already then is is going to be a Germany Vs Spain final at Euro 2008, what has been a great month of football is now drawing to a close & football fans all over the world are already wondering if they will be able to adjust to life without football. Dont worry though as the Premiership season starts in about a month.
Vienna Sunday June 29th will go down in one of these countries history as the year they famously won the European Cup, Spain eased through their semi final against Russia and Cesc Fabregas had an outstanding game after coming on early for David Villa, the Spaniard will be vying for a start after being used for a sub in Spain’s last 3 games.
Germany have not been anything special this tournament and their team is not rich in talent like in previous finals, but what this team lacks in ability it makes up for in efficiency, work rate & team work. Germany had a tougher time of it in their semi final, infact Germany have looked dodgy all tournament except in the first game against Poland, yet here they are, i wonder how good they will be when they really start to play?
